WOW’s healthcare services start at the beginning of a patient encounter with the capability to handle appointment scheduling.  Our experienced staff will answer incoming calls and obtain all required information.  The calls can be entered into existing appointment management software or compiled and sent to the client at an agreed upon frequency through a secure communication channel.  While an appointment is being scheduled, we have the ability to gather demographic and benefit information from the patient.
